强吸水暂堵完井液在呼图壁储气库完井中的应用

Application of Strong Water Absorption Temporary Plugging Technique in Well Completion of Htubi Gas Storage

  • 摘要: 为了防止储气井完井过程中的储层损害,利用高吸水材料能够吸附自身重量几十至几百倍水的特点,研制了新型完井液体系,来控制完井液体系中的自由水。对高吸水材料的吸水能力、保水能力和热稳定性进行了评价和筛选,并对构建好的强吸水暂堵完井液进行了性能评价。结果表明,强吸水暂堵完井液具有良好的暂堵性能,暂堵压力可达20 MPa以上,气相反向突破压力小于1 MPa。现场应用表明,射孔后约8 m3射孔液进入地层,然后进入2 m3左右的完井液,未见严重漏失,有效防止了工作液的漏失。强吸水暂堵技术为类似低压中渗透性储层的完井作业提供了技术支持。
    Abstract: A new type of well completion fluid system had been developed in order to prevent reservoir damage caused by the leakage of working liquid in the process of gas storage well completion.High water absorbing material which can absorb water dozens to hundreds times its own weight,was used to control the free water in the well completion fluid system.The water absorption ability,water retention,and thermal stability of strong water absorption materials were evaluated and selected;the performance of strong water absorption temporary plugging system was evaluated,too.The results showed that the system had a good temporary plugging performance,temporary plugging pressure could reach more than 20 MPa,and gas reverse breakthrough pressure was less than 1 MPa.Field application showed that when 8 m3 perforating fluid was injected into the formation after perforation,followed by 2 m3 well killing fluid,no serious leakage occurred,effectively preventing the leakage of working liquid.Strong water absorption temporary plugging technology provided technical guidance for completion of similar low pressure and medium permeability reservoirs.
