Casing Program of Deep Well with Evaporite Bed in Tuofutai Block

摘要: 为解决托甫台区块深井钻井过程中长裸眼穿过盐膏层时火成岩地层易漏、易塌及盐膏层易卡的问题,确保安全快速成井,将地应力分析软件Drillworks对测井资料的反演结果与实钻、测试资料结合,分析了托甫台区块地层的三压力剖面;利用巴西劈裂法与应力-应变试验评价了火成岩地层的强度;根据成像测井资料和电镜扫描结果分析了火成岩裂缝分布特征,分析了桥堵技术难以提高火成岩地层承压能力的原因。通过以上分析,确定了托甫台区块含盐膏层深井的3个必封点与1个风险点,并据此设计了“专封盐膏层”井身结构。实钻效果表明,“专封盐膏层”井身结构可以解决托甫台区块深井长裸眼钻穿盐膏层过程中的井漏、坍塌和卡钻等井下故障。Abstract: In order to solve the problems of lost circulation and collapsing in the igneous rock and sticking in evaporite formation during drilling long open hole through evaporite bed in Tuofutai Block,optimization of casing program was carried out to ensure the safe and rapid drilling practices.By combining inversion results of Drillworks software with the practical field test data,the three pressure profiles of Tuofutai Block were analyzed.The strength of the igneous rock samples was assessed by using Brazilian test and stress-strain test.To determine the reason why the pressure sealing technology was difficult to improve bearing capacity of igneous rock formation,the fracture distribution of the igneous rock was researched by using imaging logging data and scanning electron microscopy techniques.Based on three positions that had to be sealed and one risk in deep evaporates bed that were determined according to the analysis of the above results,a special casing program for sealing evaporite bed was designed.Field application demonstrated that this new casing program could keep igneous rock and evaporite bed from downhole problems such as lost circulation,collapsing and sticking.
