Rotating Liner Cementing Technology for a Directional Well with High Temperature and Low Pressure in Yinggehai Basin

  • 摘要: 南海莺歌海盆地某气田A15井是一口典型的高温低压定向深井,井底温度高、地层压力低、尾管固井环空间隙小,若采用常规尾管固井技术固井顶替效率低,易发生气窜和漏失,高温低压气层井段的封固质量难以保证。为提高该井尾管固井的质量,该井采用了旋转尾管固井技术和高温胶乳防气窜水泥浆体系,与优选出的油基钻井液冲洗液和隔离液配合,通过预测旋转扭矩和尾管的居中度,完成了该井高温低压储层段Φ177.8 mm尾管固井作业。高清扇区水泥胶结测井结果证实,该井尾管固井井段气水隔层和射孔井段封固质量达到良好,高压水层封固质量合格,与采用常规固井技术的邻井A9井相比,尾管固井质量大幅提高。A15井旋转尾管固井的成功,为南海莺歌海盆地高温低压定向井尾管固井质量的提高提供了一条新途径。
    Abstract: A deep directional Well A15 with typical high temperature and low pressure in Yinggehai Basin of South China Sea has small annular clearance in liner cementing.Using conventional liner cementing method in the well could have such difficulties as poor displacement efficiency,gas channeling,lost circulation,such that good liner cementing quality would hardly be guaranteed.In order to improve the liner cementing quality,rotating liner cementing and high temperature anti-gas channeling cement slurry were used,together with oil based flushing fluid and spacer.By rotating torque and liner centering degree simulation,the Φ177.8 mm liner cementing job in this high temperature and low pressure reservoir has been successfully completed.Sector Bond Tool(SBT)logging proved that Well A15 is highly improved in cement slurry displacement efficiency; with satisfactory cementing quality at gas-water interlayer and perforation intervals,qualified seal of high pressure water layers compared with offset wells cemented by conventional liner cementing method.The successful application of rotating liner cementing has offered a new solution for HTLP deep directional wells in gas field in Yinggehai Basin.
