高温高压随钻震击器震击力采集短节研制与性能验证

Development and Performance Verification of High-Temperature and High-Pressure Measurement Sub for Downhole Jar Impact Force Acquisition in While-Drilling Operations

  • 摘要: 针对深井及超深井震击解卡作业中难以准确评价随钻震击器瞬时震击力大小及其解卡效果的问题,以ϕ121.0 mm随钻震击器为例,研制了一种适用于超深井高温高压环境的震击力采集短节。该短节总长1 100.0 mm,外径127.0 mm,额定工作温度150 ℃,抗压强度75 MPa,采用电阻应变片作为测量敏感元件。其主要功能部件包括电阻应变片、集成电路板、电池组件、减震装置、温度传感器和压力传感器。服役过程中,该短节可通过温度、压力及加速度传感器的协同触发,自动切换高低频采集模式,从而满足长时间井下作业环境的震击力采集需求。通过有限元强度校核、模拟井实验及地面台架测试,验证了其在高温高压工况下的强度可靠性、密封完整性和采集稳定性,能够准确捕捉震击解卡过程中钻柱轴向载荷的波动,为随钻震击器震击性能的定量评价提供了直接、可靠的测量手段。

     

    Abstract: To address the challenges of accurately evaluating the instantaneous impact force and unblocking effectiveness of downhole drilling jars during impact unblocking operations in deep and ultra-deep wells, this paper takes a 121 mm drilling jar as an example and designs and develops an impact force acquisition sub suitable for the high-temperature and high-pressure environment of ultra-deep wells. The tool has an overall length of 1100 mm, an outer diameter of 127 mm, a rated operating temperature of 150 °C, and a compressive strength of 75 MPa. It employs resistance strain gauge technology as the measurement method. Its functional components include resistance strain gauges, an integrated circuit board, a battery pack, a damping device, a temperature sensor, and a pressure sensor. During operation, the tool can automatically switch between high- and low-frequency acquisition modes through the parallel activation of pressure and acceleration sensors, thereby meeting the requirements for impact force acquisition over long periods in downhole environments. Finite element strength verification, simulated well tests, and surface bench tests have confirmed that the tool exhibits reliable strength, good sealing integrity, and stable acquisition performance under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. It can accurately capture the axial load fluctuations in the wellbore drill string during the jarring-and-freeing process, providing a direct and reliable measurement means for the quantitative evaluation of the jarring performance of downhole drilling jars.
