基于射孔成像监测的重复压裂裂缝均匀起裂分析

Analysis of Uniform Fracture Initiation in Refracturing Based on Perforation Imaging Monitoring

  • 摘要: 针对鄂尔多斯盆地页岩油老井重复压裂改造效果难以准确识别和定量评价等问题,以X233区块YP3井为研究对象,在实施“井筒重构+桥射联作”重复压裂改造的基础上,开展了井下电视高清成像监测,对压后射孔孔眼进行系统录取与几何测量;基于孔眼冲蚀特征,建立了重复压裂改造效果的定量评价方法。现场监测获取了1147个射孔孔眼的高清图像,孔眼录取率和有效测量率分别达到97%和99%;重复压裂后孔眼面积整体增大,冲蚀率达到66.1%,43簇射孔均实现有效改造,段内孔眼冲蚀分布表现出较好的均匀性特征。研究表明,井下电视成像能够直观、定量地反映页岩油老井重复压裂改造效果,重复压裂后孔眼形态及冲蚀特征与新井之间具有良好的可比性,可为压裂效果评价提供可靠的技术手段。

     

    Abstract: To address the challenge of accurately identifying and quantitatively evaluating the effectiveness of refracturing in mature shale oil wells in the Ordos Basin, Well YP3 in the X233 Block was taken as the study subject, and a “wellbore reconstruction + bridge-plug joint operation” refracturing scheme was implemented. On the basis, downhole high-definition television imaging monitoring was carried out to systematically record and geometrically measure the perforation holes after fracturing. Based on perforation erosion characteristics, a quantitative evaluation method for refracturing effectiveness was established. The results show that a total of 1,147 high-definition perforation images are acquired on site, with recording and effective measurement rates of 97% and 99%, respectively. After refracturing, the overall perforation hole areas increase, with an erosion rate of 66.1%. All 43 perforation clusters are effectively modified, and the intra-stage perforation erosion distribution exhibits relatively uniform characteristics. Downhole television imaging can intuitively and quantitatively reflect the effectiveness of refracturing in mature shale oil wells. The post-refracturing perforation morphology and erosion characteristics are comparable to those of new wells. It can be used as a reliable technical means for evaluating fracturing effects.
