延长石油“十四五”油气工程技术新进展及未来发展方向

New Advances and Future Development in Oil and Gas Engineering Technology of Yanchang Petroleum During the “14th Five-Year Plan” Period

  • 摘要: 为应对鄂尔多斯盆地低渗、致密及非常规油气藏开发难题,支撑“稳油扩气”战略实施,系统梳理了延长石油“十四五”期间油气工程关键技术进展并提出了未来发展方向。“十四五”期间,延长石油通过工程技术创新,研发并规模应用油田浅层超浅层水平井、大井丛优快钻井、CO2混合压裂、智能间歇采油及精细化排水采气等新技术,钻井周期缩短了33.78%,压裂提产50%以上,机械采油单井节约用电20%~48%,新技术的应用有效推动油田采收率提升2.03%、气田增产超10%,支撑其在“十四五”末油气当量突破2 000×104 t。当前延长石油面临老区稳产、深层开发、智能化转型等挑战,未来将深化智能导钻、CCUS集成、全生命周期排水采气等技术研发,助推延长石油实现低碳智能转型和持续稳产。

     

    Abstract: To address the development challenges of low-permeability, tight, and unconventional oil and gas reservoirs in the Ordos Basin and support the strategy of "stabilizing oil production and expanding gas output, this paper systematically reviews the key advancements in petroleum engineering technologies achieved by Yanchang Petroleum during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period and proposes future development directions. Breakthroughs were made through technological innovation, including the development and large-scale deployment of techniques such as shallow and ultra-shallow horizontal wells with "waveform" trajectories, rapid drilling of large well clusters, CO2 hybrid fracturing, intelligent intermittent production, and refined water drainage gas recovery. These advancements led to a 33.78% reduction in drilling cycle, over 50% increase in post-fracturing production, and 20%-48% energy savings per mechanized production well. Consequently, the application of these new technologies contributed to a 2.03% increase in oilfield recovery factor and over 10% additional gas production, underpinning the achievement of a total oil and gas equivalent exceeding 20 million tons by the end of the "14th Five-Year Plan." Currently, Yanchang Petroleum faces challenges such as maintaining stable production in old areas, deep-layer development, and intelligent transformation. In the future, it will deepen the research and development of technologies such as intelligent guided drilling, CCUS integration, and full lifecycle water drainage and gas production, to facilitate Yanchang Petroleum's low-carbon intelligent transformation and sustained stable production.
