Technological Advances and Development Suggestions for CNOOC's Petroleum Engineering During the 14th Five-Year Plan Period

  • 摘要: “十四五”期间,中国海油立足科技自主创新,通过理论研究及关键技术攻关,形成了深水复杂油气田钻完井、深部硬地层裸眼侧钻分支井、海上井震融合工程地质风险识别、海上钻井数字化与智能化等关键技术,研发了国产化深水水下生产系统、智能钻井井下工程参数实时测量工具、深水电液复合智能完井工具、双作业面钻机等工具与装备,有力推动了中国海洋石油工业的高质量发展。随着油气勘探开发向更深水域、更深地层推进,深水油气钻完井作业面临更大的技术挑战,中国海油将聚焦深水、超深水领域进行科技攻关与高效勘探开发,在石油工程技术领域实现系统性突破与跨越式发展,积极推进绿色低碳转型,加速数字化、智能化建设,推动油气增储上产和高质量发展,为保障国家能源安全提供坚实支撑。

     

    Abstract: During the 14th Five Year Plan period, China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) focused on independent technological innovation in drilling and completion. Through theoretical research and key technological breakthroughs, CNOOC overcame multiple core technical problems and successively broke through key technologies such as deepwater complex oil and gas field drilling and completion, offshore complex structural well drilling and completion, offshore well seismic fusion engineering geological risk identification technology, offshore complex oil and gas field flow safety guarantee technology, integration of geological drilling and production of medium and deep coalbed methane, and digitalization and intelligence of offshore drilling. CNOOC developed key equipment such as deepwater localized underwater production system, intelligent downhole engineering parameter real-time measurement tool, deepwater electro-hydraulic composite intelligent completion tool, composite vibration cementing tool, etc., helping to achieve high-quality development of China's offshore oil industry. In the future, China National Offshore Oil Corporation's front line of building a maritime power and continuously increasing reserves and production. It will continue to make efforts in key core technologies and make greater contributions to safeguarding national energy security.
