RFID循环旁通工具的研制及现场试验

Development and Field Test of RFID Circulation Bypass Tool

  • 摘要: 针对当前机械式堵漏工具井下开关次数有限、端口过流面积小等功能局限性问题,通过系统化技术攻关,研制了具有自主知识产权的RFID循环旁通工具。该工具由RFID通信系统、供电系统、液压控制系统、机械执行系统等组成,可开关次数大于30次,旁通过流面积为常规工具的5倍以上,可实现内部全通径。RFID循环旁通工具在百口泉油田bDT23012井、新疆油田HW1250井累计现场试验了4井次,验证了该工具的稳定性和可靠性。RFID循环旁通工具提升了随钻堵漏、大排量洗井作业技术水平,满足了特殊地质条件、特殊工况、特殊钻具结构随钻堵漏作业需求,并与机械式堵漏工具形成了系列化产品。

     

    Abstract: In response to the functional limitations of current mechanical plugging tools, such as limited downhole operation times and small port flow area, a radio frequency identification (RFID) circulation bypass tool with independent intellectual property rights was successfully developed through systematic technical research and development. It consists of an RFID communication system, a power supply system, a hydraulic control system, a mechanical execution system, etc. It can be switched on and off more than 30 times, and the bypass flow area is more than 5 times larger than that of conventional tools, achieving full internal diameter. The tool has been tested in four wells, including the Well bDT23012 in Baikouquan Oilfield and the Well HW1250 in Xinjiang Oilfield. The test results show that the tool has good stability and reliability, which can improve the technical level of plugging while drilling and large-displacement well washing operations, meet the needs of plugging while drilling operations under special geological conditions, special working conditions, and special drilling tool structures, and form a series of products with mechanical plugging tools.
