  • In order to explore the speed rise potential of high pressure jet drilling,the equipment and technical parameters of high pressure jet drilling were optimized.The drilling fluid dynamical and circulatory system of 70D rig were upgraded and transformed in line with the design idea of using hydraulic parameters such as large displacement and proper bit pressure drop,etc.According to the characteristic of middle-upper formation in Tahe Oilfield,the casing program and hydraulic parameter of different hole size were optimized,the 35 MPa high pressure jet drilling technology which is suitable for soft to medium-hard formation has taken shape.This technology has been applied in 5 wells in Tahe Oilfield,the average ROP of test wells is 78%-262% faster than that of conventional drilling.The tests indicate that this technology has great potential to speed up drilling,and is worth promotion.
