排水采气气动往复泵设计及其工作特性研究

Design and Operational Characteristics Study of Gas-Driven Reciprocating Pumps for Drainage and Gas Recovery

  • 摘要: 针对低压产水气井的井底积液问题,设计了一款结构简单、性能稳定、可靠性高、无需额外动力来源的排水采气天然气驱动泵。通过AMESim气液压仿真、试验,研究了气活塞和高压水泵活塞直径、行程长度、流道管径、泵挂深度和出入口压差等对天然气驱动泵运动规律的影响。研究结果表明:增大气活塞直径,平均速度、最大瞬时流量增大,但同时会使周期缩短,高压水泵活塞直径对运动规律的影响与气活塞直径的影响刚好相反;活塞行程与峰值速度和周期呈正相关,与平均速度和排液量呈负相关,流道管径与峰值速度、平均速度、排液量、瞬时流量均呈正相关;相较于气源压力,泵挂深度对水泵工作特性的影响更大。在此基础上,优选气活塞直径为55.0 mm,高压水泵活塞直径为30.0 mm,行程为370.0 mm,流道管径为10.0 mm。该天然气驱动泵进行了室内试验,试验结果表明其结构设计合理,能完成排水采气工作,达到了预期目的。

     

    Abstract: In view of bottomhole fluid accumulation in low-pressure water-producing gas wells, a natural gas-driven pump for drainage and gas recovery was designed, featuring a simple structure, stable performance, high reliability, and no need for an external power source. The effects of the outer diameter of different cylinder pistons and high-pressure water pump pistons, stroke lengths, flow channel diameters, different hanging pump depths, and pressure differences of different gas source on the movement law of natural gas-driven pumps were studied through AMESim aero-hydraulic simulation and experiments. The results show that increasing the diameter of the cylinder piston will increase the average speed and maximum instantaneous flow but it will reduce the cycle. The influence of the diameter of the high-pressure water pump piston on the movement law is just the opposite of the influence of the diameter of the cylinder piston. The piston stroke is positively correlated with the peak velocity and cycle but negatively correlated with the average velocity and liquid discharge volume. The channel diameter is positively correlated with the peak velocity, average velocity, liquid discharge volume, and instantaneous flow rate. Compared with the air source pressure, the hanging pump depth has a greater impact on the working characteristics of the water pump. Based on this, the following parameters are selected: the diameter of the cylinder piston is 55.0 mm; the diameter of the high-pressure water pump piston is 30.0 mm; the stroke is 370.0 mm, and the channel diameter is 10.0 mm. Finally, the laboratory test on the natural gas-driven pump proves that the structure design is reasonable, and the drainage and gas recovery function can be achieved.
