新型苯丙胶乳水泥浆体系的室内研究

Laboratory Research on a New Styrene Acrylic Latex Cement Slurry System

  • 摘要: 为提高苯丙胶乳的适用温度,满足高温固井的需求,以苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、功能单体等为原料,合成了一种新型耐高温苯丙胶乳GR,并进行了500 kg的放大生产。室内评价了GR苯丙胶乳水泥浆体系的高温降滤失性、流变性、防气窜性能、稳定性和综合性能,对比了GR小样产品与中试产品的性能,论述了苯丙胶乳GR的作用机理。结果表明:GR苯丙胶乳水泥浆的滤失量可以控制在50 mL以下,耐温能力达到150 ℃;GR苯丙胶乳水泥浆具有良好的流变性、直角稠化、防气窜性能以及稳定性等特点,另外中试生产的苯丙胶乳的性能与室内小样产品均保持一致。综合分析认为,GR苯丙胶乳水泥浆可以满足150 ℃以下高温固井的要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to raise the applied temperature of the styrene acrylic latex and meet the needs of high-temperature cementing,a new high temperature resistant styrene acrylic latex GR was synthesized from styrene,butyl acrylate,and functional monomer,then 500 kg weight pilot product was produced.The properties(water-loss control property at high temperature,rheology,static gelling strength,stability,integrated engineering performances)of the cement slurry sample with styrene acrylic latex GR were evaluated then compared with that from pilot product.It shows that:fluid loss of the cement slurry with styrene acrylic latex GR can be controlled under 50 mL,while temperature tolerance is up to 150 ℃;It has good rheology,right-angle cementing,good anti-channeling performance and stability;and laboratory samples and pilot product have consistent performance.Comprehensive analysis shows that styrene acrylic latex GR can meet the requirements of cementing below 150 ℃.
