邻井套管对井斜方位角的影响

Impact of Casing on Adjacent Well Azimuth

  • 摘要: 为了明确邻近油井套管对井眼轨迹描述的影响,测试研究了套管在不同倾斜角状态、距离和方位对在钻井井斜方位角的影响。试验中用测斜仪记录井斜方位角数据,通过井斜方位角失真值来表征受干扰后的井斜方位偏转状态和趋势,总结了数据失真规律。试验表明,竖直套管引起的井斜方位角严重失真区域在0.9 m范围内,相对方位角0°~180°对应的方位失真值是正值,相对方位角180°~360°对应的方位失真值是负值;倾斜和水平套管引起井斜方位角失真区域分布类似,严重失真区域在1.5 m范围内,相对方位角0°~120°和300°~360°对应的方位失真值是正值,相对方位角120°~300°对应的方位失真值是负值。研究结果表明,可以用方位失真值表征邻井对井斜方位角的干扰,为有邻井存在时的井眼轨迹描述和矫正提供了技术支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the effect of adjacent well casing on well trajectory description,the impact of casing at different tilt angles,distances and azimuths on inclinometer data was studied.In the experiments,inclinometer was used to record the casing azimuth data,azimuth distortion value was used to characterize the azimuth deviation state and trend,and the data distortion pattern was determined.Experimental results showed that:the serious azimuth distortion caused by vertical casing was within 0.9 m,when the relative azimuth angle was 0°-180°,azimuth distortionwas positive,when the relative angle was 180°-360°,the distortion was negative;the scope of azimuth distortion caused by deviated well was similar to horizontal well,serious distortion region was within 1.5 m,when the azimuth was within the range of 0°-120° and 300°-360°,azimuth distortion was positive, when the azimuth angle was 120°-300°,the distortionwas negative.The study showed that:azimuth distortion value might reflect magnetic interference caused by adjacent well,and the study provided technical support for well trajectory description and correcting in the presence of adjacent well.
