塔河油田液动射流冲击器+PDC钻头提速技术

Improve ROP with Hydraulic Percussion Hammer and PDC Bit in Tahe Oilfield

  • 摘要: 为了进一步提高塔河油田深部硬地层的机械钻速,基于旋冲钻井技术理论与实践经验,开展了液动射流冲击器+PDC钻头提速技术研究与实践,探索液动射流冲击器与PDC钻头配合使用提高深部地层机械钻速的技术可行性。首先根据塔河油田深部硬地层的特点及与冲击器配合的要求,优选了PDC钻头;接着利用液动冲击器性能测试系统,测试了液动冲击器各结构参数对其性能的影响;最后根据测试结果及所优选PDC钻头的抗冲击性能,确定了液动射流冲击器的结构及性能参数。液动射流冲击器与PDC钻头配合在 S116-3 井、TP324井和TP328X井的奥陶系地层进行了应用,机械钻速与同井上下井段及邻井相同井段相比,提高了32%~45%。这表明液动射流冲击器与PDC钻头配合使用,可以提高塔河油田深部地层的钻速。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the ROP in deep-hard formations drilling in Tahe Oilfield,hydraulic percussion hammer and PDC bit technology have been researched or applied in drilling,based on the rotary percussion drilling theory and experience to improve ROP in deep-hard formations.PDC bit was optimized according to the characteristics of deep-hard formations in Tahe and the requirement matched with hydraulic percussion hammer.By using the performance testing system,the effect of tool structure parameter on percussion performance was tested.The tool’s structure and performance parameters were optimized according to the testing results and impact resistance of PDC bit.Hydraulic percussion hammer and PDC bit were used in drilling Well S116-3,TP324 and TP328X in Ordivician formation.The ROP was raised 32%-45% compared with offset wells,it shows that hydraulic percussion hammer and PDC bit can improve the ROP of deep-hard formation in Tahe Oilfield.
