胜利油田采试-平1井钻井技术

Drilling Technologies for Well Caishi-P1 in Shengli Oilfield

  • 摘要: 为了给各类井口、井下仪器及钻采工具提供更好的试验平台,胜利油田设计施工了采试-平1井。该井为一口水平井,一开、二开井眼尺寸大(一开井径660.4 mm,二开井径444.5 mm),存在携岩困难、井壁稳定性差、机械钻速低、井眼轨迹控制要求高、完井作业难度大等钻井难点。为此,一开、二开钻进中采用了优选钻头、增加228.6 mm钻铤数量、一开井段采用回收钻井液配浆钻进、二开井段使用复合强抑制性钻井液、提高钻井液排量、钻进中适时更换动力钻具和用强刚性钻具通井等一系列技术措施。钻井结果显示:钻进中井眼稳定,未出现任何井下故障;二开井段最大全角变化率为12.78°/100m,平均机械钻速达10.94 m/h;339.7 mm油层套管一次顺利下至井深1 691.15 m,无任何遇阻显示,且固井质量良好。采试-平1井的顺利完钻,表明该井所应用的钻井工艺和技术是可行的,对胜利油田大井眼水平井的安全优质钻井具有借鉴价值。

     

    Abstract: In order to provide a better platform for testing of various wellheads,downhole instruments and drilling and recovery tools,Shengli Oilfield designed the Well Caishi-P1.It is a horizontal well,660.4 mm in the first drilling section,and 444.5 mm in the second drilling section.It faces challenges such as difficult cutting carrying,poor borehole stability,low penetration rate,high requirements on trajectory control and difficult completion,etc.Finally,we succeeded by using a series of measures,including the selection of GJT115GC cone bit,increase of 228.6 mm drill collars,increase of flow rate,reuse of used drilling fluids in first-spudding section,use of inhibitive drilling fluids in the second-spudding section,change of positive displacement mud motors in time,and wiper trip with strongly rigid BHA.The results show that the well trajectory is very good,and the maximum overall angle change rate is only 12.78°/100m,and the average penetration rate was 10.94 m/h.The wellbore was stable without any downhole accident.The 339.7 mm production casing was running smoothly to the depth of 1 691.15 m.Both the wellbore quality and cementing quality are satisfactory.The success of Well Caishi-P1 shows that the drilling technologies are feasible,and it can be a reference for the safe drilling of large size horizontal wells with high quality in Shengli Oilfield.
