金属塞充填射孔防砂联作技术研究与应用

Research and Application of Combined Perforation and Sand Control with Metal Plug

  • 摘要: 针对复合射孔防砂技术受地层参数影响、在疏松和致密地层应用效果不理想的问题,研究了金属塞充填射孔防砂联作技术。基于用整体金属塞取代松散颗粒状防砂材料的思路,改变防砂材料的形状与基本参数,实现防粒径0.1 mm以上砂粒的要求。将20目的金属防砂网压制成单体的六瓣中空锥形体金属塞,金属塞射入预定的储层后,充填在套管射孔口和储层的一定深度部位,形成立体的不锈钢网隔砂层,把地层砂遮挡在油层孔道内;研制了金属塞充填防砂射孔装置;研究了射孔、防砂联作一次完成的工艺技术,以取代先射孔再防砂的复杂工艺。锦7块应用金属塞充填射孔防砂联作技术后,油井产出液含砂量小于0.03%,生产正常,1年内没有进行检泵作业。研究结果表明,该技术适用于疏松易出砂地层,防砂效果好,可为油层防砂提供新的技术支持。

     

    Abstract: Combined perforation and sand control technique doesn’t work well in loose and tight formation because of the formation structure,so we had developed a new combined perforation and sandcontrol technique with metal plug.Proceeding from the idea to replace loose granular sand control material with integral metal plug,we changed the material’s shape and basic parameters in order to control sands with diameter larger than 0.1 millimeters.The 20 mesh metal screen was pressed into a hollow and pyramidal plug with six slices.Upon pushed into the target oil layer,the metal plug would be filled into the front of perforation tunnels at a certain depth of the oil layer,forming a three dimensional sand control screen to block the sand from the well.In addition,the sandcontrol perforator was developed,and the integrated perforation and sand control in one run was invented to replace the complicated sandcontrol measure after perforation.The application of this technique to Jin 7 Block resulted in sand content in produced fluid less than 0.03% and normal production without pump inspection for over a year.That indicates that the new technique is suitable for sand control in loose formation,providing a new technical device for sand control.
