官深1井超高密度水泥浆固井技术

Cementing with Ultra-High Density Slurry in Well Guanshen-1

  • 摘要: 为解决异常高压气层和高压盐水层固井的实际困难,采用新型超高密度加重材料、超细加重稳定剂与其他填充剂进行颗粒级配,形成了密度为2.60~2.85 kg/L的超高密度水泥浆体系。该体系具有流动性好、强度高、抗高温、防窜能力强、对温度及密度变化自适应、施工安全性高、顶部无超缓凝的优点。针对超高密度水泥浆现场施工工艺,进行了超高密度材料灰样混配方案设计、高密度灰样模拟运输测试等研究,并通过优化施工方案,形成了超高密度水泥浆配套固井工艺技术。该技术在官深1井三开固井中成功应用,入井隔离液平均密度为2.75 kg/L,水泥浆平均密度2.78 kg/L,创造了国内入井水泥浆密度最高纪录。

     

    Abstract: For the purpose of cementing in high pressure gas and saltwater layers,the ultra-high density slurry system was studied.The slurry system with density up to 2.60-2.85 g/cm3 has been developed with novel ultra-high density weighting materials,superfine weighted stabilizer and other fillers by grading of grain.It is characterized by good fluidity,high strength,high temperature resistance,and strong anti-channeling,and can realize safe self-adaptive operation as the temperature and density change,without ultra-retarding at the top.Additionally,further study has been made by designing the mixing program of ultra-high density cement samples for field operation,constantly simulating transportation of such samples and optimizing the plan,the cementing technology with ultra-high density slurry has been formed.It has been successfully used in Well Guanshen-1,a key exploratory well of Sinopec,with average density of spacers of 2.75 g/cm3 and average slurry density of 2.78 g/cm3,creating a record of the highest density of slurry in China.
