委内瑞拉浅层高水垂比三维水平井下套管工艺

Casing Running Technology for High Horizontal-Displacement to Vertical-Depth Ratio 3D Shallow Layer Horizontal Well in Venezuela

  • 摘要: 针对委内瑞拉胡宁4区块丛式井开发中管柱下入困难的问题,分析了浅层三维水平井套管下入难点,采用漂浮下套管模拟计算分析方法,从漂浮方案优化方面进行了探讨。管柱与井壁摩擦引起的摩擦阻力是中间套管和尾管下入困难的主要影响因素,模拟优化计算表明,φ244.5 mm套管和φ177.8 mm尾管分别采用600 m和1 450 m空气段长度进行漂浮下入,对套管的下入最为有利。总结了浅层高水垂比三维水平井下套管工艺措施,并介绍了现场应用实例。应用表明,正确运用套管漂浮技术,结合模拟优化计算结果,可解决委内瑞拉浅层高水垂比三维水平井管柱下入困难的问题。

     

    Abstract: In order to resolve the problem of casing running in cluster wells in Huning 4 Block of Venezuela,this article analyzed technical difficulties in casing running in shallow 3D horizontal wells,discussed the optimization of float running by using software simulation.Friction between string and well bore is the main factor affecting casing running.Simulation calculation showed float running φ244.5 mm casing and φ177.8 mm casing string with 600 m and 1 450 m air section was the best plan.This article summarized shallow formation,high horizontal-displacement to vertical-depth ratio,3D horizontal well running measures and presented several application examples.Field application showed that appropriate float running technology combined with software simulation and optimization could resolve the difficulties encountered in casing running in shallow high horizontal-displacement to vertical-depth ratio 3D horizontal wells in Venezuela.
