定向井轨道设计参数谱集理论探索

  • 摘要: 为了解决三维井眼轨道设计问题求解过程中难以给定合适的已知设计参数的难题,研究了轨道设计方程组的可靠求解方法。基于已知设计参数与轨道设计方程组的解数存在着确定集合映射的事实,提出了已知设计参数谱集的新概念;使用计算机图形学理论研究了谱集的计算机绘图方法,提出了谱图的新概念。在轨道设计方程组有解析解的情况下,使用解析解约束条件可以直接求得谱集的不等式组表达式;在没有解析解的情况下,使用基于特征多项式实数根的拟解析解方法,给出了计算谱集的近似算法。在谱集维数不超过3时,可以绘制出完整的、直观的谱图。在谱集维数超过3时,需要使用高维数据可视化方法绘制谱图。软件实现及其实际应用表明,谱集理论能够消除设定已知设计参数的盲目性,极大地提高定向井轨道设计工作效率。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the difficulty in designing 3D well trajectory with given parameters,a reliable method to get solution by trajectory design equation was studied.Based on the fact that there exists a definite set mapping between known design parameters and the solutions of trajectory design equations,the article proposed a new concept of known design parameters spectra set,the spectra set and new concept of drawing by computer graphics theory were put forward.When the trajectory design equations have analytic solution,the inequality expression of the spectra set can be directly obtained by using the constraint condition of analytic solution;when there isn’t an analytic solution,the approximation of the spectra set is given by pseudo-analytic solution based on characteristic real root of polynomial.A complete visualized spectrogram can be constructed with less than 3 spectra dimensions.When there are more than 3 spectra dimensions,high dimensional data visualization approach is required to construct spectrogram.Software implementation and practical application indicated that spectra theory can eliminate the blindness of known design parameters and thus greatly enhance designing efficiency.
