低密度膨胀型堵漏浆在湘页1井的应用

Application of Expandable Low-Density Slurry Plugging Technique in Well Xiangye 1

  • 摘要: 湘页1井在二开钻井过程中发生了裂缝性和溶洞型漏失,为提高漏失层承压能力,保证固井质量,采用低密度膨胀型堵漏浆技术对漏失层段进行了承压堵漏施工。由于该井具有漏失井段长、漏点多的特点,针对不同漏失类型,采用不同性能的低密度膨胀型堵漏浆分段进行了3次承压堵漏施工,将地层承压能力提高到1 MPa以上,后续钻进和下套管、固井作业时未发生漏失。湘页1井的应用表明,低密度膨胀型堵漏浆具有良好的流动性能及很强的封堵承压能力,在大型堵漏施工过程中,易于配制、调整,不需要特殊设备,施工工艺先进成熟,安全系数高,承压堵漏效果显著,为湘中坳陷石炭系地层承压堵漏提供了新的技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: Fractured leakage and cavern leakage occurred during the second spud of Xiangye-1 Well.To improve the pressure-bearing capacity of the thief zone and ensure the cementing quality,expandable low-density slurry plugging technique was adopted to plug or seal the thief zone.Due to long section of loss with multiple leaking points,expandable low-density plugging slurries with different performances were prepared for different lost circulation types.The plugging operation was conducted three times to raise bearing capacity of the formation higher than 1 MPa,thereafter no lost circulation occurred during drilling,running casing and cementing.The application shows that expandable low-density plugging slurry features such advantages as good flowing performance and high pressure sealing capacity.This type of slurry is easy to be prepared and adjusted with no demand for special equipment,and it has such advantages as advanced and safe operation technique,high safety factor and excellent pressure sealing effect,so it provides new technological supports for plugging and sealing the Carboniferous formation of Xiangzhong Depression.
