低渗油气田高效开发钻井技术研究与实践

Drilling Technology for Highly Efficient Development of Low Permeability Oil Gas Fields

  • 摘要: 为了高效开发我国低渗油气田,获得更高的经济效益,进行了低渗油气田高效开发钻井技术研究。采取机理分析、室内试验、现场试验等方法,对提高泄流面积钻井技术、提高储层钻遇率技术、提高钻井效率技术、低渗油气田储层保护技术、低渗油气田完井关键技术进行了系统研究,形成了以五级分支井、径向钻孔、鱼骨状水平井、旋转导向钻井等技术为核心的提高泄流面积钻井技术,以气体钻井、全过程欠平衡钻井和钻头优化设计为主的提高钻井效率技术,以新型防水锁无黏土钻井液、新型生物酶完井液、有机盐可降解钻井完井液等为核心的低渗砂岩储层保护技术,以低渗油气藏水平井分段完井技术和低渗油气藏水平井提高固井质量关键技术为核心的低渗油气田完井关键技术;研制出了抗高温高压无线随钻测量仪、适用于泡沫空气钻井的电磁波随钻测量系统和适用于薄互层低渗油气藏的近钻头井斜角和方位角伽马测量仪及井下微流量测量装置。应用结果表明,低渗油气田高效开发钻井技术对高效开发我国低渗油气资源、实现能源储备战略具有重要的意义。

     

    Abstract: To develop low permeability oil gas fields efficiently and reach maximum economic profit,drilling technology suitable for these kinds of fields has been studied.By mechanism analysis,lab and field tests,drilling techniques improving drainage area,reservoir drilling rate,drilling efficiency,and reservoir protection and key completion techniques for low permeability reservoirs have been systematically studied.Drilling techniques improving drainage area include five-stage branch wells,radial drilling,fishbone-like horizontal wells,rotary steerable drilling; techniques improving drilling efficiency consist of air drilling,underbalanced drilling and bit design optimization; low permeability sand reservoir protection techniques concentrate around water blocking resistant clay free drilling fluid,new biologic completion fluid and degradable organic salt drilling and completion fluid; completion techniques for low permeability reservoirs include horizontal well stage completion and techniques improving cementation quality.High temperature and pressure resistant wireless MWD,electromagnetic wave measurement device suitable for foam drilling,the near bit deviation and azimuth angle gamma measuring device suitable for thin inter-bed oil gas reservoirs and downhole micro-flow measurement device have been developed.These techniques have obtained good results but there are still some issues needing to be resolved,which is the direction of future research.
