顺北油气田“深地工程”关键工程技术进展及发展方向

Key technology progress and development direction of the “Deep Underground Engineering” in Shunbei Oil and Gas Field

  • 摘要: 为推动超深层油气资源的开发,总结了顺北油气田的关键工程技术进展情况,该油气田形成了地质工程一体化、井身结构设计方法、破碎带垮塌防治技术、井眼轨道与地质甜点优化技术、储层保护技术以及超深超高温定向技术等钻井关键技术,高精度应力场反演算法、高性能酸压液体、工具–暂堵复合分段改造技术和高效支撑技术等完井关键技术,采油气管柱安全经济决策技术、经济效益配产优化、油气藏开发一体化方案设计和深层泡沫调驱、堵水技术等采油关键技术,构建了超深层开发工程技术体系。指出下一步的技术攻关方向需聚焦于提高储量动用率的钻井技术、深井高效智能完井技术和深层油气藏提高采收率技术,以实现更低丰度储量区的高效开发,拓展油气藏新类型,形成可持续发展的深层油气开发新局面。

     

    Abstract: The Shunbei oil and gas field is a significant project in China for exploring deep oil and gas resources, with burial depths from 7,300m to 9,000m. It has expanded the depth range of oil and gas reservoirs for exploration and development. The field holds immense resource potential and promising prospects. In recent years, the Northwest Oilfield Branch of Sinopec achieved series technical practices in drilling, completion, and oil production, etc. Unique technologies have been gradually developed in Shunbei, for production capacity construction and efficient development. It has realized the continuous increase of storage and production, showing good prospect of exploration and development. The valuable reference is provided for the exploration and development of deep oil and gas resources, at home and abroad. Moving forward, the focus will be low-cost and efficient drilling, efficient and intelligent completion, and enhanced recovery of oil and gas from deep fractured reservoirs. These efforts will promote high-efficiency and high-quality development of the Shunbei oil and gas field.
