威远区块页岩气“井工厂”钻井技术

Well Pad Drilling Technology in the Weiyuan Shale Gas Block

  • 摘要: 威远区块地表为低山丘陵地貌,交通运输不便,增加了钻井成本,且钻井平台周围有居民散居,导致井场建设和钻井过程中在健康、安全和环保方面面临巨大挑战。为此,针对威远区块的地貌特征及该区块的页岩气开发特点,开展了山地"井工厂"井网部署和井眼轨道设计、井眼轨迹控制、丛式井组防碰设计、TI-350T全液压深井智能钻机应用和"井工厂"钻井作业流程设计等方面的研究,形成了高效的页岩气"井工厂"钻井技术。该钻井技术在威204H11平台进行了应用,平均机械钻速达到7.13 m/h,钻机井间运移仅需2.0 h,钻井液利用率达到80%以上,大大减少了非钻井作业时间、降低了钻井成本。应用表明,该"井工厂"钻井技术可为国内其他类似页岩气区块的高效开发提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Due to its mountainous topography,the Weiyuan Shale Gas Block suffers from unfavorable transportation conditions and high costs for drilling operations.Drilling operations in the sparsely populated area face significant challenges in logistics,health,safety and environmental protection.To cope with specific features in topography and shale gas development in the Weiyuan Block,research well pattern design in mountainous regions,well trajectory design,trajectory control,collision-proof cluster wells and application of the TI-350T hydraulic smart rig were conducted to establish the "well pad" drilling processes for high-efficiency development of shale gas.Applications of the drilling mode in Pad W204H11 reached the technical index:an average ROP of 7.13 m/h,inter-well mobilization time of 2.0 h and drilling fluid utilization rates over 80%.It can be seen that application of the technique can effectively minimize down time and cut drilling cost.Research results show the "well pad" drilling mode in mountainous regions may provide guides and form an example for high-efficiency development of shale gas in similar blocks in China.
