新疆油田SAGD鱼骨状水平井钻井技术

Drilling Technology of the SAGD Fishbone Horizontal Well in the Xinjiang Oilfield

  • 摘要: 为有效增加油层裸露面积,提高稠油油藏储层吸收蒸汽的效果,从而提高稠油井的产量及采收率,新疆油田将SAGD水平井与鱼骨状水平井技术相结合,以SAGD成对水平井为基础,利用SAGD磁定位导向技术与鱼骨状分支井眼轨迹控制技术,在注汽井水平段钻若干鱼骨状分支井眼,形成了可有效增加储层裸露面积的SAGD鱼骨状水平井钻井技术,并钻成了SAGD鱼骨状水平井FHW3043井组。FHW3043井组的顺利钻成证明了SAGD鱼骨状水平井钻井技术的可行性,为该技术在稠油油田的应用积累了经验。

     

    Abstract: To effectively increase the exposed area of oil reservoirs, to improve the steam absorption effects of heavy oil reservoirs and to raise productivities and recovery ratios of heavy oil wells, the Xinjiang Oilfield combined SAGD horizontal well technology with a fishbone horizontal well technology to drill several fishbone branch holes in the horizontal section of steam injection wells by using SAGD magnetic localization guidance and fishbone branch hole trajectory control technology on the basis of SAGD paired horizontal wells. The SAGD fishbone horizontal well drilling technology could effectively increase the exposed area of the reservoir and it was used to drill FHW3043 well group of SAGD fishbone horizontal wells. Successful completion of the FHW3043 well group had proved the feasibility of SAGD fishbone horizontal well drilling technology and accumulated experiences for the application of the technology for heavy oil development.
