Present Status and Trends in Research and Development of Drilling Fluid Additives in China

  • 摘要: 为指导钻井液处理剂的开发,在介绍各种不同作用的合成聚合物、合成树脂磺酸盐等合成材料处理剂,淀粉、纤维素、木质素、腐殖酸和油脂等天然材料改性处理剂,以及废塑料、油脂下脚料改性处理剂等钻井液处理剂研究与应用现状的基础上,分析了不同类型钻井液处理剂在应用、研发和生产中存在的问题,指出了钻井液处理剂的发展趋势和开发方向,对今后研发新单体、寻找新原料、开发新结构的合成材料和对天然材料进行改性、利用工业废料及农林加工副产品研发新型、低成本、绿色环保的钻井液处理剂具有较好的指导作用。

     

    Abstract: To facilitate development of drilling fluid additives, it was necessary to analyze existing problems in the application, development and production of different types of drilling fluid treatment agents. The state of research was determined with respect to the application of for various synthetic polymers, synthetic resin sulfonate, starch,cellulose, lignin, humic acid, lipa, waste plastics, etc. in drilling fluids. The research also revealed development trends and directions for drilling fluid additives. The resulting analysis can provide useful guidance to the modification of natural materials, and the use of industrial byproducts, and further research and development of new, low-cost and environment-friendly drilling fluid additives with further research and development of new monomers, while also seeking new materials and structures.
