Technology and Practice for Horizontal Well Development in the He-1 Gas Reservoir of Daniudi Gas Field

  • 摘要: 针对大牛地盒1气藏水平井钻井周期较长、单井产量低且不能长期稳产的工程技术难点,开展了水平井钻采工程技术研究。对已钻水平井井身结构、钻井液、压裂施工参数及工艺和排水采气工艺进行分析发现,井身结构、压裂施工参数和泡沫性能是制约开发的主要因素,针对性地对φ152.4 mm井眼、多级管外封隔器分段压裂和泡排试验进行了研究,形成了以φ152.4 mm井眼三开井身结构、复合钻井和防塌钻井液为主的优快钻井技术,钻井周期缩短7.79%;建立了适合盒1气藏储层特征的水平井压裂工艺技术,施工成功率98.5%,压后平均单井无阻流量是直井的4.9倍;建立了临界携液模型,试验了速度管排水采气技术,生产时率提高了8.49%。应用结果表明,φ152.4 mm井眼和复合钻井可实现钻井提速,多级管外封隔器分段压裂是盒1气藏建产的有效方式,泡沫排水采气技术可确保气田稳产。

     

    Abstract: Due to the fact that horizontal wells in He-1 Gas Reservoir in Daniudi Gas field featured long drilling cycles, low yields and unstable production, a study was conducted on the horizontal well drilling and production technique.Through the analysis of existing horizontal wells that used similar casing programs, drilling fluids, fracturing parameters and gas recovery etc, the key factors restricting the development were defined, including mainly the ideal casing program, fracturing parameters and form properties.A pilot test of staged fracturing with multiple external casing packers and foam scrubbing was conducted in a φ152.4 mm hole, an optimized horizontal well drilling technology for the slim holes with three casing programs and adopted.Composite drilling and anti-sloughing drilling fluids were developed, which reduced the average drilling cycle by 7.79%.On this basis, the horizontal well fracturing technique suitable for He-1 gas reservoir was proposed, it has a success rate of 98.5%, and the average post-fracturing open flow poterntial was 4.9 times of that in vertical wells.The critical liquid carrying model was established, and the gas recovery by water drainage with velocity string was tested, which indicated a production time efficiency increased by 8.49%.Application results showed that the composite drilling in φ152.4 mm hole could improve the ROP, the staged fracturing with multiple external casing packers could be an effective way to recover hydrocarbons in the He-1 Gas Reservoir, and gas recovery by water drainage using a foam agent could keep the production in the gas field stable.
