不钻塞选择性完井工艺在塔里木油田的应用

Application of Plug-Drilling-Free Selective Completion Technology in the Tarim Oilfield

  • 摘要: 为满足塔里木油田碳酸盐岩储层水平段封隔水层、漏失层和减少储层污染等的要求,在分析塔里木油田碳酸盐岩储层结构特点的基础上,设计了选择性完井不钻塞筛管顶部注水泥工艺的管柱结构,剖析了主要工具结构特点、工作原理,推荐了现场易于操作及控制的工艺流程。研究结果表明,采用"筛管+盲板+管外封隔器+固井开孔短节"的管柱结构,工具安放位置不受井斜控制,固井开孔短节可反复开关循环孔,安全可靠性高,施工后套管内不留水泥塞,节约了扫塞时间。在塔里木油田试验6口井,完井作业顺利。现场试验表明,该工艺可实现碳酸盐储层水平井的分段开采,提高油田开发效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to isolate water layer and leakage layer and reduce pollution at the horizontal section of carbonate reservoir in the Tarim Oilfield,considering the structural characteristics of such reservoir,the completion string for selective completion was designed,and main tool structures and working principle were analyzed.Finally,a technological process that can be operated and controlled easily on site is proposed.The completion string adopts the screen+blind plate+external casing packer+cementing nipple,the tool position is not affected by the well deviation,the cementing nipple can be switched frequently for circulation,and no cement plug left in the casing after operation.The technology has been tested safely and reliably in six wells in the Tarim Oilfield.The field test showed that the technology can be used to oil and gas production at different well sections of horizontal wells in carbonate reservoir,and raise the efficiency of development.
