钻井风险控制系统关键技术

Key Technologies for Drilling Risk Control System

  • 摘要: 为了减少钻井中的井下故障,并提高钻井效率、控制钻井成本,研究了钻井风险控制系统的关键技术。分析了NDS系统及时传递信息的技术思路和随钻测量、地质力学模型、钻井风险管理、孔隙压力预测和可视化等技术,研究了eDrilling系统钻井模拟器的实时监测、虚拟井筒等关键因素和设计、钻进、培训及钻后评估等阶段的应用,以及Copilot系统通过测量井下工具受力诊断预测复杂情况的作用,明确了我国发展钻井风险控制系统应研究的关键技术,指出目前钻井风险控制系统研究中存在的问题。研究认为,钻井风险控制系统的关键技术包括随钻测量技术、数据质量管理技术、数据库管理技术、实时模型、可视化技术、风险控制软件系统和配套的基础设施。其中,实时模型包括流动模型、摩阻扭矩模型、振动模型、机械钻速模型、井壁稳定模型和地质力学模型等。关键技术的确定和实时模型内容的具体描述,可为我国研究发展钻井风险控制系统提供技术参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to avoid drilling troubles and accidents,improve drilling efficiency and reduce drilling cost,the key technologies and real-time model composition in drilling risk control system were investigated.On the basis of analyzing the key technologies of NDS system,such as measurement-while-drilling,drilling risk management,geo-mechanical model,pore pressure prediction,3D visualization,real time monitoring by eDrilling drilling simulator,virtual wellbore,design,drilling,training and evaluation after drilling,drilling trouble prediction by Copilot system,the key technologies for drilling risk control system were determined,and the restrictions in studying it China were also pointed out.The key technologies mainly include measurement-while-drilling,data quality management,database management,real-time models,visualization,risk control software system and infrastructure.The real-time models include flow model,torque/drag model,vibration model,ROP model,wellbore stability model and geo-mechanical model.Definition of key technologies and specific description of real-time models can provide a good reference for developing drilling risk control system in China.
