液压扶正器在胜利油田非常规油井固井中的应用

Application of Hydraulic Centralizer in Unconventional Oil Well Cementing of Shengli Oilfield

  • 摘要: 为提高胜利油田非常规油气区块水平井水平段的固井质量和压裂效果,针对该类水平井水平段应用常规刚性扶正器时套管下入困难、居中差等问题,研制开发了内置滑套式、易下入、能撑开防止退、扶正力强且满足非常规油气区块高压压裂的φ139.7 mm液压扶正器。采用双级球座+液压扶正器套管组合、投球胀封的方式,同时对液压扶正器管串的下入摩阻、固井质量进行了分析。该液压扶正器在胜利油田非常规油气区块进行了现场应用,结果表明,带液压扶正器完井管串的下入摩阻小于带刚性扶正器完井管串的下入摩阻,提高了水平段的固井质量,可为非常规油气井固井提供技术支持。

     

    Abstract: To resolve difficulties and poor centralization in running casing with conventional rigid centralizers,improve the cementing quality and guarantee fracture effect in long horizontal well of unconventional well,the φ139.7 mm hydraulic centralizer had been developed which,different from the domestic lamination core and small size centralizer,features easy running,self-locking,high centralizing strength,and could meet the high pressure fracturing demands of unconventional well.It had been applied in unconventional block of Shengli Oilfield by the mode of double ball seat+hydraulic centralizer string and ball dropping expansion technique,the friction of hydraulic centralizer on drill string and cementing quality were analyzed,which proved that friction on hydraulic centralizer string was completely below that on rigid centralizer string,hydraulic centralizer could greatly improve cementing quality of horizontal section,and it provided strong technical support for unconventional well cementing.
