35 MPa高压喷射钻井技术实践

Practice of 35 MPa High Pressure Jet Drilling

  • 摘要: 为了进一步探索高压喷射钻井技术的提速潜力,对高压喷射钻井设备和技术参数进行了优化配置。根据大排量、适当钻头压降的水力参数设计思路,对70D型钻机的钻井液动力及循环系统进行了升级改造;针对塔河油田中上部地层特点,优化了不同井身结构、不同井眼直径的水力参数,形成了适合软-中硬地层的35 MPa高压喷射钻井技术。该技术在塔河油田现场试验了5口井,与常规钻井技术相比,试验井段平均机械钻速提高了78%~262%。试验结果表明,该技术提速潜力巨大,具有较高的推广应用价值。

     

    Abstract: In order to explore the speed rise potential of high pressure jet drilling,the equipment and technical parameters of high pressure jet drilling were optimized.The drilling fluid dynamical and circulatory system of 70D rig were upgraded and transformed in line with the design idea of using hydraulic parameters such as large displacement and proper bit pressure drop,etc.According to the characteristic of middle-upper formation in Tahe Oilfield,the casing program and hydraulic parameter of different hole size were optimized,the 35 MPa high pressure jet drilling technology which is suitable for soft to medium-hard formation has taken shape.This technology has been applied in 5 wells in Tahe Oilfield,the average ROP of test wells is 78%-262% faster than that of conventional drilling.The tests indicate that this technology has great potential to speed up drilling,and is worth promotion.
