井下大径垮塌物打捞划眼一体化处理技术

Integrated Fishing and Reaming Technology for Downhole Large-Diameter Collapsed Objects

  • 摘要: 深部裂隙发育泥岩地层和破碎地层在钻进时极易垮塌,且垮塌物尺寸较大,如采用段塞清扫、牙轮钻头和反循环打捞篮划眼等常规方法处理井下大径垮塌物,易遇阻且划眼时间长,严重影响钻井成本和效益。因此,在分析常规方法处理大径垮塌物划眼难度大、时间长原因的基础上,从划眼工具入手,采用了集破碎、划眼和打捞于一体的打捞工具,并根据井下情况采用不同的划眼、打捞参数及垮塌物取出工艺,形成了井下大径垮塌物打捞划眼一体化处理技术。12口因井下垮塌遇阻划眼的井应用了该技术,划眼打捞成功率达到了100%。研究结果表明,井下大径垮塌物打捞划眼一体化处理技术,能实现井下硬脆性泥岩大径垮塌物划眼、打捞一体化作业,对快速处理井下硬脆性泥岩大径垮塌物导致的遇阻具有较好的效果,可缩短井下复杂情况处理时间。

     

    Abstract: Fissured deep mudstone formation and fractured formation are prone to collapse during drilling, and the size of collapsed objects are large. Resistance is encountered while dealing with downhole large-diameter collapsed objects by using conventional methods such as “slug” sweep, and reaming with cone bit and reverse circulation junk basket. It is time consuming and seriously affects the drilling cost and benefit. Based on the analysis of the reasons why it is difficult and time consuming to handle large-diameter collapsed objects by conventional methods, a drilling tool integrating breaking, reaming and fishing was developed. In addition, different parameters of reaming and fishing, and techniques for removing collapsed objects were adopted according to downhole conditions. Therefore, an integrated processing technology of fishing and reaming for downhole large-diameter collapsed objects was formed. The technology was applied in 12 wells encountering resistance adopted reaming due to downhole collapse, and achieved a 100% success rate in reaming and fishing. The results suggested that this technology could bring about integrated reaming and fishing for large-diameter collapsed objects in downhole hard-brittle mudstone. Further, this process had a positive effect on the quick treatment of large-diameter collapsed objects in downhole hard-brittle mudstone, and could effectively reduce the time for handling downhole failures.
