辽河油田高效液压套管整形工具的研制与应用

The Development and Application of a High Efficiency Hydraulic Casing Restoration Tool

  • 摘要: 针对辽河油田变形套管整形修复率低、施工周期长及成本高的问题,根据液力增压和滚珠挤压整形原理,研制了高效液压套管整形工具。该整形工具由整形头、增压液缸、泄压装置和液压锚定装置构成。室内试验表明:液压套管整形工具的整形效率高,与常规整形工具相比,整形效率提高约40%,且对套管损伤小,能尽可能恢复套管内径。该整形工具在辽河油田13口套损井进行了现场应用,顺利完成了12口井的套管修复,成功率92.3%。研究与应用表明,液压套管整形工具适用于套管缩径井的修复作业,能基本满足辽河油田套损井套管整形的需要。

     

    Abstract: At present, operations related to the restoration of deformed casing in the Liaohe Oilfield can be characterized by low success rates, long operation duration and high costs. Based on the principles of hydraulic boosting and rolling ball squeezing, a high efficiency hydraulic casing restoration tool has been developed, which is composed of a shaping head, pressure cylinder, pressure relief device and hydraulic anchoring device. Experimental results showed that the hydraulic casing shaping tool possessed high shaping efficiency, the average single well restoration duration was reduced by 40% from the original state. With less damage to the casing, the newly developed tool could be used to achieve maximum restoration of inner size of the casing. This tool has been used in the casing restoration of 13 wells in the Liaohe Oilfield and experienced success in 12 wells, resulting in a success rate of 92.3%. Both research results and application performances showed that the hydraulic casing restoration tool could be used for casing restoration of wells with deformed casing to meet the demands for casing re-shaping in the Liaohe Oilfield.
