Development and safety research of deadline anchors for JGZ97 ten-thousand-meter ultra-deep well drilling rig

  • In order to solve the safety problems such as insufficient strength, safety margin and structural stability of the deadline anchor rope wheel, the mechanical properties of the deadline anchor rope wheel under the action of maximum dead rope tension were analyzed by finite element numerical simulation, and a three-web rope wheel reinforcement design was proposed, and the safety analysis and physical test experiment were carried out. The results show that the three-web rope wheel structure meets the safety requirements of drilling operation in terms of strength and safety margin, the maximum error between the simulated value and the experimental value of the three-web rope wheel is −12.95% in the physical test experiment, and the simulation results are basically consistent with the experimental results, and the critical buckling load of the three-web rope wheel under the action of the maximum dead rope tensile force in the linear buckling analysis is 48.8 times that of the actual load of the rope wheel, which meets the structural stability requirements. The research shows that the three-web rope wheel has a certain feasibility in drilling operations, and can provide some guidance for the structural design of drilling equipment for thousand-meter ultra-deep wells.
