Vertical Subdivision Layer Transformation Technology For Ultra-Deep and Super-Thick Tight Sandstone in Kuqa Piedmont

  • The cretaceous system in Kuche Piedmont of Tarim Basin is a super-deep and super-thick fractured tight sandstone with developed natural fractures and strong heterogeneity of reservoir, the gas production profile test of reformed wells shows that the conventional general modification of vertical thick reservoirs is not sufficient, the production capacity is not completely released. In order to solve this problem, stratified fracturing technology can be implemented for wells with large reservoir thickness and obvious interlayer. A set of multi-scale near-far well fracture fine identification method is established by using multi-logging data through engineering geology integration research; Based on the understanding of the relationship between lost circulation and production, a set of reservoir evaluation classification method is established, which comprehensively considers the structural location, lost circulation in drilling, fracture development, mechanical activity and other data; Through mechanical fine checking of double packer string, adding expansion pipe and optimizing the grain size of temporary plugging material, forming a 'mechanical+temporary blocking' soft and hard composite layering technology, realizing the highly efficient production of huge thick reservoir. Results after 20 wells were used, the output of single well is increased from 67,000 cubic meters to 340,000 cubic meters after reforming, with an average production increase of 5 times, the effect of increasing production is remarkable, and it is a powerful technical support for efficient development of tight sandstone reservoir.
