Cationic Emulsion Polymer-Sulfonate Drilling Fluid for Ultra-Deep Directional Well in Tahe Oilfield

  • 摘要: 塔河油田超深定向井钻井主要使用聚磺混油钻井液,该钻井液虽然能满足超深定向井的钻井要求,但无法满足环境保护和油气层保护的要求。因此,以阳离子乳液聚合物钻井液为基础,通过引入磺化材料提高其抗温性,加入KCl提高其抑制性,优选出了KCl-阳离子乳液聚磺钻井液。室内性能评价表明,KCl-阳离子乳液聚磺钻井液的高温润滑性、抑制性、稳定性与聚磺混油钻井液相当。现场应用表明,KCl-阳离子乳液聚磺钻井液能够满足塔河油田超深定向井的携岩、防塌、润滑和环保要求,可以替代聚磺混油钻井液,同样也适用于与塔河油田地质特征相似的超深定向井。
