大排量直井段随钻测斜工具的研制与应用

Development and Application of Inclination Measurement Tool While Drilling in High Drilling Flow Rate Vertical Well Section

  • 摘要: 为解决深井、超深井上部大尺寸直井段因钻井排量高,造随钻测斜工具冲蚀严重、故障率及成本高等问题,综合采用扩大过流面积、流场仿真优化及冲蚀剧烈区局部硬质合金保护方法,研制了大流道耐冲蚀旋转阀组;采用加速度计柔性悬浮固定、电路板有机硅灌封胶等多级复合减震方法,提高随钻测斜工具电子电路的抗震能力;通过设计快速传输编码、低功耗电子电路及节能运行模式,提高测斜效率与测斜工具的续航能力。通过研制关键部件大流道耐冲蚀旋转阀阀组,采用不同技术方法提高测斜工具的抗震能力、测斜效率和续航能力,研制了系列尺寸的大排量直井段随钻测斜工具。川渝、新疆等地区的12口井应用该工具随钻监测井斜角,该工具表现出耐大排量冲蚀的能力,最高适用排量已达120 L/s,运行稳定可靠,故障率低于0.5 次/月,续航可达30 d以上。现场应用表明,大排量直井段随钻测斜工具满足深井、超深井大尺寸直井段随钻测斜的要求,可为深井、超深井获得高质量直井段提供支持。

     

    Abstract: In Sichuan Basin and Tarim Basin, the designed drilling flow rate of deep well and ultra-deep well upper large hole vertical well section reaches 55~150 L/s, which greatly exceeds the adaptable range of existing MWD tools in the industry, and the problems of serious tool erosion, failure rate and high cost are prominent. In order to solve the problem of high efficiency and low cost monitoring while drilling in the vertical section under harsh working conditions such as large displacement and strong down hole vibration, a new type of rotary valve with large channel erosion resistance was designed and developed by means of expanding the flow area, simulation optimization of flow field distribution and local carbide protection in the area of intense erosion. Multistage composite vibration reduction methods such as flexible suspension fixing of accelerometer and silicone potting adhesive of circuit board are adopted to improve the vibration resistance of tool electronic circuit. By designing fast transmission code, low power electronic circuit and energy-saving operation mode, the Inclination monitor efficiency and tool endurance are improved. On the basis of the above key technological breakthroughs, a series of high displacement vertical well inclination measurement tool is developed. The research and application results show that: the tool has strong resistance to large displacement erosion, and the maximum applied displacement has reached 120 L/s; Stable and reliable operation, field application failure rate is less than 0.5 times/month; Long life, up to 30 days or more. The field application of the tool provides strong data support for the successful drilling of high-quality vertical well sections with a inclination of less than 1° in the ShenDi XX well of the 10,000 meters deep geological exploration project of the CNPC under the conditions of 110~120 L/s large displacement radical drilling parameters.
