    陈明(1979-),男,山东滨州人,2001年毕业于石油大学(北京)石油工程专业,2009年获中国石油大学(华东)油气井工程专业工程硕士学位,高级工程师,主要从事钻井工程设计方面的研究工作。

Design and Drilling of Well Mashen 1

  • 摘要: 马深1井是部署在四川盆地的一口超深井,存在井身质量控制困难、钻井提速难度大、喷漏风险并存、钻井液和水泥浆性能维护难度大、固井质量难以保证等钻井技术难点。为此,根据该井所钻遇地层的特点,充分考虑预探井风险,在保证钻井安全的前提下,兼顾井身质量、效率、经济等因素,将井身结构设计为导管+五开井身结构,设计采用氯化钾聚胺磺化防塌钻井液和胶乳防气窜固井水泥浆,并在实钻中采用气体和泡沫钻井技术、"螺杆+PDC钻头"复合钻井技术、"涡轮钻具+孕镶金刚石钻头"钻井技术及"旋冲工具+PDC钻头"钻井技术等提速技术。该井钻井过程顺利,提速效果明显,表明该井的钻井工程设计合理,所采用的提速技术针对性强,可以解决该井存在的钻井技术难点。
