盐池区块深层页岩气水平井钻井关键技术研究

Research on Key Drilling Technology for Horizontal Wells in the Deep Shale Gas Reservoirs in Yanchi Block

  • 摘要: 为进一步提高鄂尔多斯盆地盐池区块非常规油气资源的勘探开发效果,在分析深层页岩气水平井钻井技术难点的基础上,采用了“双级PDC钻头+单弯螺杆”侧钻工艺,以提高大井眼侧钻效率;优化了“多粒径桥塞+纤维水泥”堵漏工艺,以提高堵漏效果、降低堵漏成本;研发了高性能纳米封堵水基钻井液体系,以实现页岩气水平段安全钻进;设计了个性化PDC钻头,并配合PowerDrive Orbit在水平段应用,最终形成了深层页岩气钻井关键技术。该技术在盐池区块忠平1井的现场试验结果表明,侧钻效率明显提高,井下故障显著减少,取得了很好的现场效果。研究结果表明,深层页岩气钻井关键技术可以解决盐池区块深层页岩气水平井钻井技术难点,对提高该区块非常规油气资源的勘探开发效果具有重要作用。

     

    Abstract: In order to further enhance the exploration effect of unconventional oil and gas resources in Yanchi Block of Ordos Basin, the technical difficulties of drilling of horizontal wells in deep shale gas reservoir were analyzed. On this basis, the "two-stage polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) bit and single bended screwdrill" technique was used to improve the sidetracking efficiency, the “multi-size bridge plug + fiber cement” technique was optimized to enhance the plugging effect and lower the cost, the high-performance nano-plugging water-base drilling fluid system was developed to realize safe drilling of horizontal sections in shale gas reservoir, and a customized PDC bit was designed, combined with PowerDrive Orbit for the application in horizontal section drilling. With all above efforts, the key drilling technology for the deep shale gas reservoir was formed. The technology was tested in Well Zhongping 1 in Yanchi Block, and a good field application effect was achieved for it improved the sidetracking efficiency and significantly reduced downhole failures. The test result show that the key technology can solve the technical difficulties in the dilling of horizontal wells in deep shale gas reservoirs in Yanchi Block, and it plays an important role in enhancing the exploration effect of unconventional oil and gas resources there.
