二连盆地不同沉积环境储层高效改造技术

High Efficiency Stimulation Technology for Different Sedimentary Formations in the Erlian Basin

  • 摘要: 二连盆地为多相湖盆沉积,沉积相带窄,储层沉积环境变化快、非均质性强,现有储层改造都是针对单井设计,缺乏针对不同沉积环境的储层改造技术。为此,以二连盆地具有代表性的巴音都兰凹陷为例,通过分析沉积相带、微相储层特点和储层改造难点,提出了不同沉积环境储层高效改造技术。该技术包括:为有效动用扇三角洲前缘水道相厚层,提出的厚层提高压开程度改造模式;为在浊积扇中扇辫状沟道储层控缝高、防嵌入,提出的低渗薄层控缝高压裂模式和变粒径支撑剂及中等砂比加砂施工方式;为解决近岸水下扇扇中水道相储层伤害问题,提出的白云质特低渗体积酸压与加砂压裂复合模式。不同沉积环境储层高效改造技术在巴音都兰凹陷应用25井次,压裂后平均增液2.1倍,取得了很好的现场效果。研究认为,该技术不仅可在二连盆地推广应用,也对同类中小断块沉积环境的油气藏改造具有借鉴价值。

     

    Abstract: The Erlian Basin is a multi-phase lacustrine basin with a narrow sedimentary belt,drastic varations in sedimentary environment,and strong heterogeneity.Current reservoir stimulation designs have been developed for single wells and reservoir stimulation technology for where the different sedimentary environments absent.Taking the representative Bayindulan Sag of the Erlian Basin as an example,we proposed high-efficiency reservoir stimulation technologies for different sedimentary environments in this paper.We started by analyzing the characteristics of sedimentary facies,microfacies reservoirs,and the reviewed difficulties in reservoir stimulation.We studied new techniques,such as ways to improve the extent of hydraulic fracturing more effectively penetrate the thick layer in fan delta frontal lobe,to control hydraulic fracture heights in low-permeable thin layers,to vary the particle size of proppants.We also reviewed the technique of adding medium-mesh sand and varying the concentration of to control fracture height and to prevent proppant embedment in fan braided channel turbidites.In addition,we proposed a solution for reservoir damage in middle-channel near-shore subaqueous fans by combining acid and sand control during fracturing fracturing for low-permeabilitydolomite.We used these proposed high-efficiency reservoirs stimulation technologies for different sedimentary environments for more than 25 instances for wells in the Bayindulan sag.The average produced fluid after fracturing was 2.1 times that before fracturing,and we had very good field application results.Studies suggest those technologies can not only be promoted in Erlian Basin,but they can also provide reference for the stimulation of oil and gas reservoirs that have similar sedimentary environments with small and medium fault blocks.
