水平井筛管分段喷射解卡工具研制与试验

The Development and Testing of a Screen Multi-Stage Jetting and Unfreezing Tool for Horizontal Wells

  • 摘要: 针对水平井失效筛管与套管之间充满砂而无法实现筛管快速解卡打捞的问题,自主设计研制了导流式小直径喷射装置和一体式多级封隔冲砂装置,形成了水平井筛管分段喷射解卡工艺。利用导流式小直径喷射装置在失效筛管内壁预定位置进行喷砂射孔,然后在相邻孔眼之间下入一体式多级封隔冲砂装置进行分段冲砂,反洗出筛管和油层套管之间的环空砂,实现水平井长筛管任意位置的分段解卡。室内试验得到的最佳筛管喷射参数为:排量300~400 L/min,砂比3%~5%,磨料粒径0.425~0.850 mm,施工压力16~25 MPa,喷射时间10 min。该技术在大港滩海油田埕海一区的4口井进行了现场试验,喷射孔眼直径达14.0~18.0 mm,建立了有效的冲砂通道,筛管解卡成功率达100%,失效筛管均成功打捞。研究认为,水平井筛管分段喷射解卡工具的成功研制,为水平井等复杂结构井失效长筛管的解卡打捞难题提供了一种全新的解决方法,应用前景广阔。

     

    Abstract: Failed screens are often stuck by sand between the screen and the casing in horizontal wells.There are many difficulties that occur in conjunction with the rapid releas of the stuck tool and fishing processes.So,to solve the problem,a diversion-type small-diameter jetting device and integrated multi-stage sealing and sand-washing device were independently designed and developed.Their main purpose is toact as a screen for multi-stage jetting and unfreezing technology in horizontal wells.The diversion-type small-diameter jetting device is used to perform sandblasting perforation at the predetermined positions on the inner wall of failed screen.After the well has been perforated,an integrated multi-stage sealing and sand-washing device is run and set between the adjacent holes to perform staged sand-washing to reversely wash out the sand between the screen and production casing.This will effectively release the stuck long screen at any position.The results of lab tests showed that the optimal screen jetting parameters include flow rate of 300-400 L/min,sand ratio of 3%-5%,abrasive particle size of 0.425-0.850 mm,working pressure of 16-25 MPa,and jetting period of 10 min.This technology has been field tested in four wells in the Chenghai No.1 area of the Dagang seabeach oilfield.The diameter of perforated hole was 14.0-18.0 mm,and an effective sand-washing channel was established.The success rate of the screen releasing was 100%,and all the failed screens were retrieved effectively.The successful development of the multi-stage jetting and unfreezing tool for horizontal wells has provided a brand-new solution for the releasing and fishing of stuck long screens in complex wells.The technique is effective in horizontal wells and it exhibits very good prospects for its application and deployment.
