分段压裂用尾管悬挂器与回接装置关键技术

Key Technology of Drilling Liner Hanger and Tieback Device in Staged Fracturing

  • 摘要: 为进一步解决致密油气和页岩气储层压裂需求、井眼条件与管柱成本之间的矛盾,研究了分段压裂用尾管悬挂器与回接装置关键技术。通过分析固井漏失及储层高破裂压力需求之间的矛盾,提出尾管固井后快速进行全通径压裂施工;通过研究固井完井技术优化组合方式,提出了水平井尾管固井后实施定点射孔寻找甜点的分段压裂储层改造工艺;通过优化设计尾管固井及回接压裂工具,实现了固井完井工具一体化密封锚定。对分段压裂用尾管悬挂器与回接装置进行了室内地面整机试验,悬挂器及插头整机密封能力达到90 MPa,锚定回接插头与悬挂器之间的抗拉强度达到1 800 kN,插头丢手顺利。该技术在大牛地气田、东胜气田及长庆油田陇东区块的27口水平井进行了应用,施工压力总体较高,但都完成了压裂作业,且总体效果良好。研究表明,分段压裂用尾管悬挂器与回接装置关键技术可以解决压裂施工现场所需的高压及上顶力难题,为回接固井后分段压裂工艺提供高承压、大通径和锚定可回收的井筒,从而保障储层改造效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of high cost,poor conditions,and frac interference,in tight oil and gas and shale gas,a new technique for controlling the liner tieback string for staged fracturing was studied and developed.Based on the analysis and research on the contradiction between cementing leakage and high fracturing pressure of the reservoir,the rapid full-size fracturing was proposed after liner cementing.Through the study on the optimized combination mode of cementing and completing technologies,this paper put forward one segmental fracturing reservoir reconstruction technique which identified zones of preferential enrichment (sweet spots) with fixed-point perforation after the liner cementing in horizontal wells.By means of optimizing the design of the liner cementing and the tie back fracturing tools,the integrated sealing anchor of the cementing and completing tools was realized.The test results proved that the sealing ability of the liner hanger and tie back stinger was up to 90 MPa,and the tensile strength between the tie back stinger and the liner hanger was 1 800 kN,and the tie back stinger was released successfully.In addition,this technology was applied in more than 27 wells,including the Daniudi Gas Field,Dongsheng Gas Field and Longdong Block of the Changqing Oilfield.Although the operation pressures in these applications were high,all fracturing operations were finished successfully,with good application effects being achieved.Research results showed that the new technology of liner tieback string for staged fracturing could solve the problems of the high pressure and jacking force required for fracturing operations,and it could provide a high pressure,large drift diameter,retrievable and anchored wellbore for a segmented fracturing technique after tie back cementing,thus having the effect of protecting the reservoir drive.
